PDF Merge & Split Tool

Combine multiple PDF files or extract pages into separate documents 100% in your browser.

100% client-side. Nothing you type is uploaded or stored on a server.

The CA wants the invoice, the e-way bill and the transporter's receipt as one PDF. The bank wants the last six months of statements in one file under 5 MB. A customer wants only page 3 of the catalogue. A tender needs the certificates in a specific order. This tool merges PDFs, splits them into pages or ranges, reorders and rotates pages, and compresses the result — entirely in your browser. Files never leave your device, which is exactly what you want for documents that contain GSTINs, bank statements and PAN cards.

What it does

  • Merge: combine several PDFs (and images — JPEG/PNG are converted to pages) in the order you set.
  • Split: extract a page range, every page as a separate file, or split at fixed intervals.
  • Reorder and delete: drag pages, remove blanks, rotate scans that came in sideways.
  • Compress: downsample images inside the PDF to hit upload limits.
  • Page numbers and a simple header/footer: for compiled submissions.

Everyday uses

  • GST and audit packs: invoice + delivery challan + e-way bill + LR per consignment; monthly GST invoices into one file for the accountant.
  • Loan applications: ITRs, bank statements, GST returns and Udyam certificate in the lender's required order.
  • Tenders and vendor registration: PAN, GST certificate, cancelled cheque, MSME certificate, letterhead declaration — one PDF, numbered.
  • HR files: offer letter, experience letters, ID proofs per employee.
  • Catalogues and proposals: the website mockup deck plus the service quote as a single send.
  • Customer documents: a single page from a 40-page manual or policy.

How to use it

  1. Drop files. Thumbnails appear; drag to reorder, click to rotate or delete.
  2. Choose Merge for one output, or Split and enter ranges (e.g. 1-3, 7, 10-12) or "every page".
  3. Optionally add page numbers and compress (choose a target quality).
  4. Download. Large merges of scanned pages may take a few seconds — processing happens on your device.

Scans, signatures and size

  • Phone scans come in as large JPEGs; compress after merging to stay under portal limits (many accept 2–5 MB).
  • For signed documents, add a signature image from the digital signature maker before merging; for legally strong signatures use a DSC — the differences are in Digital signatures in India.
  • Text in scans is not searchable; extract it with the OCR tool if you need to copy figures.
  • Keep the originals; a merged file is a convenience copy.

Privacy

Bank statements, PAN, Aadhaar and GST documents are exactly what should never pass through a random online PDF site. This tool uses a PDF library running in your browser; there is no upload, no account and no retention. Under the DPDP Act you are responsible for how customer documents are handled — local processing is the simplest way to stay on the right side of it (see DPDP Rules 2025 for small businesses).

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded?

No. Merging, splitting and compression run in your browser. Close the tab and nothing remains.

Is there a file size or page limit?

Practical limits depend on your device's memory; files up to a few hundred pages work on most phones and any laptop.

Can I merge images with PDFs?

Yes. JPEG and PNG files become pages sized to A4 (or their own aspect ratio if you prefer).

Can I password-protect the output?

Yes — set an open password when downloading. Remember that password protection is not encryption at rest for the recipient; share the password separately.

Will compression reduce quality?

It downsamples embedded images; text stays sharp. Choose a moderate setting for documents that will be printed or verified.
